Makeup For Ever Eyeshadow - Purple 92
Dec 26, 2012
This is the eyeshadow that I always here about when people talk about Make Up For Ever eyeshadows. I have been wanting to add this shadow to my collection for so long but being the MAC addict that I am I always ended up buying something from them. However Make Up For Ever has some great products that I absolutely love so I decided to go ahead and start building my Make Up For Ever collection up for my kit and my personal stash. I really want to add the HD foundation to my kit in the future but for now, I decided to start with shadows!
Make Up For Ever Eyeshadow
Shade Purchased: Purple #92
Price: $20 USD
Available at Sephora
This is a gorgeous matte purple shadow and I love it so far. No complaints...well except for the price but hey it's still not too expensive!
Hope you all have a wonderful holiday season!
Eyebrows!

Eyebrows are probably the most important aspect of my makeup regime. If my eyebrows are having an off day I immediately hate my entire makeup look. I get a lot of compliments on my brows and I'm thankful because they have truly come a long way. My natural brows are super sparse and gross but I fell in love with Make Up For Ever's Eye Brow Corrector (now discontinued...boooo) and I have been able to achieve the brows I always wanted.
Do you have any favorite brow products that you are using? Let me know so I can try them out!
Product Spotlight: Make Up For Ever Aqua Creams
Dec 2, 2011
I've had these bad boys in my stash for what seems like forever. My husband recently purchased a desk for me so that I can get organized and of course I filled the desk with makeup. Because I can see most of the products that I have a lot easier now, I have begun to rediscover some hidden treasures. I absolutely love these aqua creams and will definitely use these more often now that they are back on my radar.

MUFE Take 2
Jun 25, 2010
As you may recall from my previous post, the kit comes with the following:
(items listed in order of swatches)
Aqua Cream 13 - Warm Beige
This is my favorite color of the two as it is a warm neutral champagne color that can really be worn alone to give a nice little color to the lids.
Aqua Cream 15 - Taupe
I'm usually not a fan of taupe colors as they just are a little blah to me but this one blended well with the 13 and added depth to my look.
Aqua Eyes 0L - Black
Loves Black Eyeliner...period point blank. This one was good but I had to do a few coats to get the rich color black that I am so fond of.
Aqua Eyes 21L - Metallic Grey
I would never wear this color on my upper lash line. I tried it the other day and it just looked weird. I tried it today on the bottom lash line and smudge it a bit and I liked it a lot more. I would definitely use this one on one of my smokey eye looks.
Aqua Lips - Nude Beige
I am not a huge lip person as I usually keep most of the focus on my eyes and so this was great as it is a nude/pink color and I layered a similar color lip gloss on top which gave me a pretty nude lip look.
Aqua Smoky Lash - Extra Black
This will definitely be added to my favorite mascara list as this gave me length and DID NOT CLUMP! Whoa lets repeat...did not clump! Okay so with that said it did not give me a lot of volume but I didn't mind it because it had my lashes looking long and pretty. LOVES IT!
Sens'Eyes
LOVES it. I used just a little and it removed my eye makeup with absolutely no irritation.
This kit also has a nifty little How-To-Guide in the flap of the package to guide us through the application process. I did not like the looks that came from me using this guide so I just did what I wanted to do and it was better for me.

FINAL VERDICT: Me Likey but I would not purchase the kit again. I would only recommend this for makeup addicts like myself who like to try new things and have a little extra cash floating around. Otherwise leave it where it sits and spend your money on something you will LOVE!
MUFE Haul!
Jun 22, 2010
Hi Loves,
Well I guess this post could really be titled Sephora Haul as I have gotten so much stuff lately, however, I wanted to focus on one product line at a time. It helps to keep me focused and not ramble so much! So any way, I had to order this product online because when I went into the store, it was like they had no idea as to what I was talking about which is always surprising to me. When I worked for a cosmetic company, I always checked to see what we were selling online and in other divisions....I guess that's just me though and I only had to keep track of one product line and not multiple ones. Back to my point, I hauled the MUFE Aqua Essentials Kit. Let me start by telling you that I looked at this kit for many days and kept thinking to myself, oh I need this! Yeah not really. It took me forever to press checkout because it is retailing for $69 and I know myself too well because even if I didn't like it, I will not take it back just because I am a makeup pack rat. So now here it is sitting on my couch and spackled on my face and I am doing that sigh thing again. Want to love it but just can't....I don't like it on me at all. I tried applying it twice and still no bueno. However, I am determined to love this kit though so I'm going to give it one more try and I will post LOTD pictures and a real review of each item later this week! Until then, check out the info below.

Sephora Haul Products! Review 3 MUFE Waterproof Eyebrow Corrector 4
May 28, 2010
Hi Loves,
I am feeling a little better today and in the mood to review. Let me tell you that this product is a must buy for eyebrow junkies like myself. I love the color and the fact that I can layer it on lightly at first and build the color. I also love the fact that a little goes a long way. Now with that being said.....this product is NOT waterproof and will smudge. I tried to rub it lightly after it dried and it definitely smudged. I am thinking that maybe I need to put some powder over it to try to set it....hopefully that will help. Oh and just an fyi, I used the MAC 266 brush to apply this to my brows. I love that brush....I should probably purchase another one since I use this one for my eyeliner too. Hmmmm. Anyway, I will definitely purchase this again, if I ever run out!
FINAL VERDICT: Me likey a LOT! Caution: This is not waterproof in my opinion but worth the $19 anyway because of the color and ease of application.
